The connection with USM began in 1966 at the Valpara\u00edso campus when he was recruited as an art teacher in the Industrial Design program, a position he held until the end of 1974.<\/p>\n
In 1972, he painted \u2018After the Shadow, the Light\u2019 and \u2018The Light of Knowledge\u2019 for the hall of Valparaiso\u2019s Central House. (Photography one and two, respectively). In the same year, he painted \u2018The World of Communications\u2019 mural for this university’s radio station (Photography 3).<\/p>\n
In 1977, he painted the mural \u2018Jos\u00e9 Miguel Carrera\u2019 for the campus in Vi\u00f1a del Mar, which was inaugurated in October of that year. (Photography 4)<\/p>\n
